For most of my life, I moved through the world believing I understood my body. That confidence shifted when I began facing my own reproductive health challenges. My issues were not discovered until my thirties, and that experience changed everything. It opened my eyes to how many women are living with unanswered questions, unexplained symptoms, and a quiet fear that something important is being overlooked.
I know the stress of bouncing between appointments, labs, and specialists just to get clarity. I know the anxiety of waiting for results that are tied to your future. I also understand how isolating it can feel to advocate for yourself in a system that does not always slow down long enough to listen.
I believe every woman deserves to understand her reproductive health early, long before something goes wrong or the window of opportunity feels smaller. Knowledge should not be a privilege, it should be a starting point.
As a healthcare professional, I have seen firsthand how powerful patient‑centered, informed care can be.
